If a regular iContent operation no longer works, you likely have old code still in your browser cache and need to reset your browser.
First log out and log back in. If that doesn't work, clear your cache.
Each browser is different. In Chrome click the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the browser screen to display system options. Select More Tools and then Developer options.
Then click and hold the regular browser Reload button. New options will display. Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
