Unfortunately most data providers still use FTP to transfer data, which can result in a host of problems and delays. Read our Data feed FAQ to learn more.
EZ360 enables you to directly check picture exports. See the bottom of this article for one tip that resolves many issues.
Verify the problem
When the data feed provider imports EZ360 photos they update the vehicle records. Those same photos are included in your inventory feed back to EZ360 as third party pictures. You can quickly check iContent by comparing the picture count as below.
Check photo export
The next step is to see if there is a problem with EZ360's export. You can view exported photos and check the last time the photo file was generated for vAuto or other data feed provider by clicking on the VIN comparison tool - the magnifying glass - below.
You can view EZ360 display and exported photos and compare them against the third-party pictures from the inventory feed. The Force Export command will re-write the photos to the export file in case the vin wasn't exported by EZ360 or the data feed provider did not successfully import or process the photos.
