EZ360's use of "Sold" is different from your dealership's. We don't know when a vehicle is actually sold, only when it's no longer included in your current inventory data feed.
After three days if a vehicle is no longer in the data feed, EZ360 moves the car from Current inventory to Sold. We wait to call it sold as the inventory feed can experience normal delays or occasional problems.
Even if a vehicle is listed as Sold:
- Its photos will STILL display on your web site.
- You can still see the Sold vehicle and manage its photos on iContent. Check the Inventory filters on the left side of the main inventory screen. Click Sold inventory in your Inventory display as below.
You can also manually move a vehicle from Sold to Current inventory in iContent. Just click on the Sold box on the inventory photo.
