The EZ360 setup process requires detailed information on your data and web providers. It’s critical to provide the info requested so that we can set up your EZ360 software account.
We require the following for each data and web provider:
- The Name of the provider.
- Popular data providers are vAuto, Homenet, and MaxDigital.
- Popular web providers are Dealer.com, DealerInspire, DealerOn, Sincro (CDK), and Dealerfire.
- The Dealer ID that the provider uses to identify the dealership.
- Your Contact (preferably technical support or account contact if you don't have that). Include full name, email address, and phone number.
If there is special information, such as two dealerships sharing a data account or a dealership filtering the data feed so that it only includes used cars or stock numbers that start with 'S', please put that info in the Dealership account Notes field.
More on the Providers and what we do
We send a request to each data and web provider to get access to your data feeds and provide the web integration.
Data provider
The data provider provides an inventory data feed from your DMS . The feed contains the VINs of your vehicles, as well as information about them, such as year/make/model, sales price, and vehicle features. We use this data to identify what vehicles are available for sale and associate your photos with the right car or truck.
Your data provider typically also syndicates your vehicle info to third-party advertisers like Autotrader, cars.com, etc. Depending on your EZ360 subscription, we will send your photos to your syndication feed so advertisers have the latest pictures.
Web provider
We work with web providers to both display individual pictures and display the media players, such as for spin, that contains the pictures and other media.
Unlike other photo companies, we use 4K resolution pictures that are far too large for your data feed. We bypass your data feeds to directly store them on the Amazon cloud. We provide one line of code to your web providers. It's typically a simple matter for them to insert this into your SRP's and VDP's.
