In rare cases your camera may suddenly not take photos or operate like it normally does. Settings may inadvertently be changed or there is a system glitch. When that happens try the following, test the camera, and go to the next step if it's still not working.
- Check system settings. We've seen cases where the setting "Do you have a turntable" was selected to "NO" when a turntable was used.
- Change camera focus. The camera is normally set to Autofocus. But if the camera can't focus, it can't take pictures. Try switching to manual focus. You can't change this if you're shooting wide angle spins.
- To change focus, click on the Camera to display the camera view and options on the left side of the display. Click the Focus option to select Focus mode.
- Reboot the camera.
- Reinstall the mobile app. Stop and remove the 4K iVana software. Go to the Google Play store to find and download the app. Then reinstall the software.
